Favorite memory involving food: When I was 7 years old, my parents brought me out to eat at a fancy restaurant and told me I could order whatever I wanted. I told then I wanted lobster. They said they didn’t have lobster there. I then pointed to the word lobster in the menu and said, “Yes, they do…l-o-b-s-t-e-r, $21.95”. Needless to say, I got my lobster!

Recipe or food tip to share: When making fried chicken, always double dip!
