Slickables Ice Cream Sandwich, the small shop located at 699 South Mill Avenue (in The Brickyard on Mill) and owned by former San Franciscans and ex-corporate types Tina Chau and Sam Chang, is now open for business.
Featuring a scoop of ice cream between two homemade cookies for two dollars, customers can mix and match cookie types such as peanut butter candy, lemon white chocolate chip (Chau’s fave), and double chocolate chip with Dreyer’s premium ice cream flavors like strawberry cheesecake, mint chip, cookie dough, coffee, and dulce de leche.
Slickables will be open late and ice cream or cookies can be purchased separately.
