That’s because every day from 5 until 6 p.m. you can make a mad dash over to the steakhouse for a three-course prix fixe dinner for just $35 featuring fresh-picked produce from the restaurant’s on-site organic garden.

Take in the view from the Meritage Steakhouse while getting fed in style with the Sunset Menu’s $35 three-course special. You can choose between tomato bisque, summer squash salad, or a Caesar salad to start. For your main course, teres major steak, free-range chicken breast, and seared Shetland salmon are on the menu served with a side of mashed potatoes and butter-poached asparagus. However, if you don’t like those options or are looking to upgrade, tack on an additional $8 for prime rib as your main or $10 for filet mignon.
If you’re still hungry, you can get citrus-marinated prawns for an additional $12, day boat scallops or crab for $15, or just go for the gusto and add an extra $20 onto your tab and get the six-ounce lobster tail. Just don’t forget that dessert is still included in the $35 prix-fixe menu and you can pick between a key lime tart with coconut lime sorbet or a cheesecake with vanilla bean crème fraiche, spiced cherry jam, and cocoa nib brittle.
