This week, Arcadia picked up a much-needed cuisine to add to its collection of Indian School eateries: sushi.

Joining neighbors such as Cave & Ives, Milagro Grill, and The Little Woody, Sushi Brokers, whose other location is in North Scottsdale, is now open at 4419 East Indian School Road (44th Street and Indian School) in the former home of Arcadia Flooring.
Here’s what diners can expect, and what the new location is doing to celebrate its grand opening.

The Arcadia Sushi Brokers will offer sushi as well as traditional Asian cuisine. The menu, essentially a carbon copy of the original location, will offer over 20 varieties of sushi rolls as well as bottled beers, sake, and a large array of vodka.
To celebrate its grand opening, diners can buy one specialty roll and get one of equal or lesser value for free until Friday, March 1 (limit one per check).
