Least favorite food: I guess it would have to be meat.

Favorite dessert: I love sweets, so it depends on the day. I am really digging the tiramisu tsoynami from Green lately and Newman-O’s at home.

Favorite local restaurant and meal to order there: I love both Green and the Vegetarian House. From Green, I usually get the “meatball” po boy with Daiya “cheese” with a side of fries, but sometimes I get the barbecue “chicken”. Nom. From the veggie house, we usually like to order the Lemongrass “chicken” and the teriyaki “chicken” with a side of heaven rice rolls. Mmmm, food.

Favorite local bar and cocktail to order there: I don’t really go to bars enough to have a favorite. If i could have any drink, it’s usually a mojito with fresh mint.

Favorite thing to cook at home: Oh, I really don’t “like” to cook, but I do make a variety of soups and lentil dishes–Vegan Vittles is a great guide for my diet, but mostly I just work with what I have in the fridge.

Favorite memory involving food: I was traveling with some friends through Texas, and we found a vegan restaurant with an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. We sat there for like 3 hours trying everything! They finally asked us to leave. So sad. I have no idea what the place was called. Maybe it was a dream.

Recipe or food tip to share: Eat your veggies, save room for dessert, and make sure to take a long walk after to avoid guilt.
