The San Francisco native likes to keep her recipes simple but isn’t afraid to glam up a cookie with premium ingredient combinations. Today, Suzanne shares her recipe for Chocolate Cherry Almond Cookies.

Chocolate Cherry Almond Cookies
Ingredients:
2 C Unsalted Butter
2 C Sugar
2 C Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 T Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 T Almond Extract
1 lb 11.5 oz Flour
1 1/3 C Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 C Dried Cherries
1 C Sliced Almonds

Method:
1.Cream butter & sugars
2.Add eggs, vanilla & almond extracts
3.Mix in flour, cocoa powder & baking soda
4.Add chocolate chips, dried cherries and almonds
5.Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to baking
6.Scoop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
7.Bake 350 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes
Makes approx. 4 dozen cookies
