Beginning on Wednesday, March 26, T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms will launch a new weekly dining experience designed to highlight the talents of the resort’s executive chef, Paul McCabe. The chef, who came to the restaurant last fall, relaunched the redesigned and modernized T. Cook’s in October and implemented a new menu of New American cuisine with a Mediterranean twist.

But with the restaurant’s new event, #PM31, McCabe will craft an improvisational multiple-course meal for a limited number of guests.

Every Wednesday beginning March 26, the restaurant will host #PM31. The dinner event, which will begin at 6 p.m. will feature up to 12 courses created by McCabe and the restaurant’s culinary team.

The event will be limited to six guests and reservations will be required 48-hours in advance and will require a credit card. A minimum of two people are required to save a seat and parties smaller than six will be seated at a communal table.

Of course, this kind of dining experience doesn’t come cheap: A seat at #PM31 will cost $150 a person — and that doesn’t include your drinks. Additional cocktail and wine pairings will be available for $70 a person.

For a reservation, call Natasha Aarsgarden at 602-808-3251 or visit the T. Cook’s website.
