The 2018 edition of Phoenix New Times‘ Tacolandia will be held on January 27 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. The event will showcase Mexican-style street tacos. There will be entertainment highlighting Mexican culture, such as mariachi groups and folklorico dancers.
Some 45 vendors will be making tacos. Vendors will include Mr. Mesquite, Puffy Taco Shack, Tacos Huicho, El Centro Cocina Callejera, Helio Basin Brewing, and many others.
A $25 ticket gets you unlimited samples from all of them. There will also be $45 VIP tickets, which will come with drink vouchers and access to a VIP lounge.
Drink sponsors are tailored to the tacos, and include Modelo Especial, Clamato, Milagro Tequila, and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
