Rejoice, Tempe ramen lovers, because Tampopo Ramen has reopened for business.
The noodle spot was closed for about three weeks after a woman drove her car into the front windows of the restaurant. Tempe police tweeted out a picture of the accident, which occurred on December 22, adding that impairment was not a factor. The restaurant, which was closed at the time of the accident, was empty, and the driver was not injured.

The restaurant has been open for about two months but already has become known for its Hakata-style ramen made with pork bone-based broth and straight noodles, which are made in-house.

The restaurant reopened on Friday, January 8, according to a post on the Tampopo Ramen Facebook, and resumed regular hours this week.
