Dear Chow Bella readers, I hope you check out this week’s cover story (written by yours truly), where you’ll get to read all about the great wines that Eric Glomski and Maynard James Keenan (yes, the singer from Tool) are making up in Jerome and Cornville with Arizona Stronghold, Page Springs Cellars, and Caduceus.

So as a preview to the piece, I wanted to give you a heads-up about the special AZ Stronghold/Page Springs Cellars wine dinner tomorrow (Nov. 17) at Quiessence. Chef Greg LaPrad is cooking up a seasonal five-course meal featuring Rainbow Valley Farmer’s Cheese gnocchi and Power Ranch meat ragu, and slow-roasted sausage-stuffed Berkshire pork porchetta with braised farm greens and jus.

For the wine pairings, you’ll get to try 2007 Page Springs Vino de la Familia Blanca Malvasia, 2007 La Serrana Viognier, 2007 Arizona Stronghold “Mangus,” and 2006 Page Springs Vino de la Familia Rojo.
