And now, we can thank Southern California’s Umami Burger for a treat that combines more culinary trends then we know what to do with.

All 15 Southern California locations of Umami Burger are now serving up doughnut ice cream sandwiches made with entirely L.A. ingredients. They’re using doughnuts from Stan’s Donuts in Westwood and ice cream from L.A. Creamery. Each of the creations costs $6.

  • Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream with a Jelly Doughnut
  • Chocolate Ganache Ice Cream with Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts
  • Cinnamon Toast Ice Cream with a Cinnamon Roll and Chocolate Chips

And while the whole junk food mash-up thing is getting a bit old, we’re not ready to write off these babies just yet. Afterall, they sound a hell of a lot better than fired ice cream cheese burgers and spaghetti ice cream.
