Senior is an artist who quite often uses food as her medium.

I ended up in the kitchen because creating is what I do best, and it doesn’t matter if the medium is food, art, architecture, it’s the creative process I love, plus you get to eat it when you’re done.

My favorite dish to make is certainly toffee, but I also love the spring and all the fresh vegetables, roasting them and then creating simple dishes with the roasted vegetables like a quick pasta or showcasing them in a tart.

One dish I’m afraid to make is anything with beef.

My favorite kind of candy is dark chocolate anything

Caramel should be creamy tasting; the flavor of the butter is a great
counterpoint to the caramelized sugar, and it should have a great crunch,
too.

I always brush my teeth after popcorn.
