While many of us have already set our DVRs to “stun” in anticipation of Friday night’s season finale of Kitchen Nightmares featuring Amy and Sammy Bouzaglo, the control-freak duo of Amy’s Baking Company in Scottsdale, the worldwide interweb has seen fit to bring us shit show Christmas early this year.

It seems the final episode of Fox’s reality show starring Gordon Ramsay has found its way onto YouTube. And, depending on how you look at it, it’s either a publicist’s nightmare, a tutorial of what not to do when owning a restaurant, or some of the best television you will have watched this year.
