When restauranteurs Craig DeMarco and Lauren Bailey went for a walk through the Windsor neighborhood in uptown Phoenix, they found a home for their third restaurant endeavor (they also run the Postinos in Arcadia and on Central Avenue).
The building was old, even for Phoenix standards, and in need of some serious renovation and rezoning. Two and a half years later, they opened the doors to Windsor, a cozy neighborhood pub/restaurant named after its neighborhood, and Churn, the adjoined ice cream and coffee spot.
We’ve already given you a feel for Windsor’s menu, but DeMarco, Bailey, and architect Daniel Germani took Jackalope Ranch on a tour, which you can read about right here.
