As we told you earlier this week, the UberEATS app is now available in metro Phoenix, meaning you can get food from some of the Valleys most popular restaurants delivered to you with just a few taps on your phone screen. We’re talking about ramen from The Clever Koi, Vings from The Vig, and even the Original Chopped Salad from The Gladly, all available without having to leave your home.
And thats, like, awesome and all. But today, we’ve got some even better news: You can get ice cream delivered to you through the UberEATS app for the highly appealing price of free.
Here’s how to make your free ice cream dreams come true. Download the UberEATS app (yes, it’s a different app from the ride sharing app, Uber) and open it up today, Friday, July 15, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Select “Instant Delivery,” and you’ll get your choice of either a Magnum or Klondike bar delivered directly to you.
It’s that easy.
When news happens, Phoenix New Times is there —
Your support strengthens our coverage.
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
As always when free things can be delivered via app — like, burritos or hot dogs or puppies — it may take a few tries to get your request through.
