Thankfully, the “End of the World Total Freakout” is over and we can go back to freaking out about more important things like finding our cell phones and whether to friend our Mom on Facebook.
Or, we can chill and attend the Herradura Tequila Dinner at Z’Tejas in Phoenix tomorrow and enjoy a five-course meal hosted by Chefs Leo Madrigal and Agustin Castorena of Z’Tejas and a tequila talk by Herradura Tequila ambassador, David Stewart.
The menu starts with fire-roasted queso fundido, seared mushrooms and flour tortillas followed by roasted beets topped with a mesclun-mix salad, and jumbo lump crab. The main course is a grilled filet topped with chipotle béarnaise sauce. For dessert, warm bread pudding.
The cost of the dinner is $65. Seating is limited. For reservations call 480.612.6380.
