As first seen on Pitchfork, Cosmogramma — the new album from DJ extraordinaire Flying Lotus — is available as a full album stream at Flying Lotus’ (FlyLo for the hip kids) MySpace.

The Japanese retail of the album — as well as a one-track, promo CD-R — hit the internet roughly a week ago, much to the delight of many (myself included).

Cosmogramma has quickly leapt into the discussion for the year’s best albums, and I can safely say that such praise is completely warranted. Flying Lotus (née Steven Ellison) has managed to craft his most ambitious and accessible album yet — with a little help from guest artists including Laura Darlington, Thundercat and Thom Yorke.

Cosmogramma is due out on Warp May 4. Tracklisting is as follows:

For my money, “Computer Face//Pure Being,” “Mmmhmm” and “Do The Astral Plane” are the early standouts on the album — but it’s pretty pointless to pick favorites on an album that is as solid, front to back, as Cosmogramma

Don’t take my word for it — head on over to Flying Lotus’ MySpace and hear for yourself.
