Unless you’re pretty young you probably don’t take notice of teen/tween pop sensations liek Taylor swift until they’re, say, trashed talked by Kanye West or appearing on Saturday Night Live.
If so, maybe you don’t know who Selena Gomez is. Gomez who was named after the Selena you probably have heard of (does that make you feel old?) is another Disney-launched child star who has gained enough ground to play The Marquee in December. Yes, the Marquee will be hosting a teen-pop concert. Should be a weird scene.
Gomez is a little more like Hannah Montana than like her namesake, as you can hear below, but I’d say she has a good chance of playing a much larger venue next time through town. Read on for more just announced concerts.
