Stop the world. Apple has announced that the Beatles catalog is finally available on iTunes, according to Billboard. I love when Christmas comes early.

After plenty of rumors went around yesterday about what Apple’s big announcement regarding iTunes was going to be, practically everything under the sun that the Beatles ever released has officially been made available, from individual tracks to the complete box set.

The good people at Apple Corps, EMI and Apple can all finally get along. Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO, said of the announcement, “It has been a long and winding road to get here. Thanks to the Beatles and EMI, we are now realizing a dream we’ve had since we launched iTunes 10 years ago.”

First of all, I can’t believe iTunes has been around for 10 years now. But more importantly, I encourage everyone to go nuts with spending iTunes gift cards like never before.
