Passion Pit — a band I regard as a poor man’s Hot Chip but every girl I know seems to be crazy about — is coming to The Clubhouse on Sunday, December 6.Like I said, this band, which was started by a guy writing songs for his girlfriend as a Valentine’s Day present (no joke) does seem to have a following made up primarily of hipster girls who enjoy dancing, but as you can hear below, they’ve also got the potential for mass appeal.
