Puscifer debuted a new music video today, called “Grand Canyon.” The entire six-minute video features some spectacular shots of the Arizona wilderness, edited to match the pulsing and slowly building tension in the song itself.
The band also set a release date for a new album. “Grand Canyon” is single from Money Shot, which will be released on October 30, just in time for Tool to play Tempe Beach Park on Halloween.
The video, which appears to be shot using footage from drones, contains time lapse shots of cactus blooms, aerial shots of the desert, the rising sun creeping across a field of granite boulders, and shots of the grand canyon. Directed by Maynard James Keenan and some collaborators, Gavin Fisher and Odin Wadleigh shot the footage, which was then edited by Odin Wadleigh and Michael Marlett.
Check out the video below. We recommend full screen, full resolution, and full volume for maximum experience. Desert porn at its finest.
