Trying to identify the most annoying lovebirds in Scottsdale is no easy task, but the folks at American Idol appear to have done it.
Last night, a Scottsdale couple — who’re already billed as Idol’s first “power couple” — appeared on the show. They hold hands, finish each other’s sentences, and make us want to vomit — but their voices are pretty boss.
Jacqueline Dunford, a 21-year-old receptionist, and Nick Fink, a 19-year-old suit salesman, were introduced to the world via-a nauseating video package set to the Luther Vandross ballad “Here and Now.”
In the video, the two are seen prancing around what appears to be a Scottsdale golf course. In one of the more vomit-inducing moments, they are holding hands and skipping as Vandross hits his crescendo. In another, the couple reenacts the embrace between Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet in Titanic.

“I like to think of Nick being me in boy form,” Dunford says of her beau. “Like, everything I like to do and, like, my mannerisms. Not that I’m in love with myself…”
Gag.
Their only saving grace is that they can actually sing. See a clip below.
