Don’t let the map of Texas on top of his head fool you, Daniel Landreth’s been locked up in Arizona since 2006.
Upon Landreth’s release from prison Monday morning, he was picked up by deputies from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, who arrested Landreth on a warrant.
Landreth, 34, landed in prison in October 2006 for transportation theft and another pair of felony theft charges.
According to court documents obtained by New Times, Landreth was greeted by deputies upon his release from the Arizona State Prison Complex — Lewis (in Buckeye) for an outstanding warrant. The charge is listed as a seven-year-old misdemeanor case, so it’s probably related to a probation violation.

All that aside, Landreth — who, to his credit, does have a listed address in Venus, Texas — joins the list of people booked into jail in Phoenix with really dumb-looking tattoos depicting a location.
Others include Moses Ulloa, who has the City of Glendale’s logo on top of his head, Vicente Valles, who has the City of Tempe’s logo tattooed on his chin, and Johnny Shane McNeel, who has the East Valley’s “480” area code on his chin, as you can see below (in that order):
