Arizona Governor Jan Brewer’s in Alaska at the moment, and the only bad news is that she’s not staying…forever.
For what she claims is the first time in more than two years as Arizona’s governor, Brewer is taking a vacation.
The gaffe-prone gov announced via-Twitter last week that she would be in “Alaska for a few days for my first vacation in over two years as Governor…heading out to dinner tonight with my husband.”
Jan seems to be having a blast in Sarah Palin Country, tweeting later that she “had a good morning at the Iditarod Race…now taking a Denali flightseeing tour.”

Jan’s latest tweet says she’s “getting ready to go out on snow machines near Denali.”
Hopefully, when Jan gets back she’s well rested and ready to roll up her sleeves to “have did” what’s right for Arizona, although, we’re not holding our breath.
