Former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano is considering a run for President of the United States, if a Washington Post report is to be trusted.
According to the article, it seems that Napolitano, the current Homeland Security Secretary, is more likely to run if Hillary Clinton doesn’t.
“It is hard to imagine the presidential field without a woman contender, and here’s one to keep your eye on: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano,” the Washington Post reports. “Napolitano is quietly making it known that she is considering the race, and there is reason to take her seriously.”

At the end of the article, it says, “Particularly if Clinton doesn’t run, it’s a decent bet that she will be on the debate stage in 2016.”
Other than that, there’s no additional information about why she’s “considering” a run.
