Meadville’s 74-year-old mother told deputies that her daughter threw the cat at her when she woke up that morning. For obvious reasons, the two argued and then Meadville allegedly beat her mother, hitting her several times in the face, bruising and swelling her cheeks.

Deputies arrested Meadville and she is being charged with cruelty to animals and aggravated assault.
