A grand jury indicted the six suspects arrested in connection with both the murder of Paradise Valley couple Glenna and Lawrence Shapiro, as well as Bruce Gaudet’s murder in Phoenix last month.
Michael Crane was charged with the first-degree murder of the Schapiros, as well as Gaudet.
That grand jury also indicted a seventh suspect with first-degree murder in Gaudet’s death, but that person’s name has not yet been released.

According to the county attorney’s office, that seventh suspect is in custody, but his or her name is being withheld “pending service of the charges.”
Between the two crime scenes, Crane now faces three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of kidnapping, six counts related to arson, two counts of burglary, one count of armed robbery, and one count of theft of a means of transportation.
The unnamed accomplice faces about half of those charges — one count of first-degree murder, one count of kidnapping, two counts related to arson, one count of burglary, one count of armed robbery, and one count of theft of a means of transportation.
The other five people indicted — Kelly Steward, Brittany Beinhauer, Shawn Nicloy, Danielle Rossman, and Katherine Austin — face various charges including theft, trafficking in stolen property, and hindering prosecution in connection with both the Shapiro and Gaudet murders.
The county attorney’s office says all seven are currently in custody.
