The Department of Public Safety, and the Phoenix Police Department, needs the public’s help in tracking down an 84-year-old man who’s been missing since yesterday afternoon.
Edward Reed, who served in the Merchant Marines during World War II, left his house in Phoenix yesterday around 3 p.m. He left in his car and hasn’t been heard from since.
Reed suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and has previously had a stroke. Police say he might be
confused about his name.
According to authorities, he likely doesn’t know his address, phone number, or how to get home and has no wallet or cell phone.
