More than a half-million dollars in fines against the Arizona State Forestry Division for safety violations during the deadly Yarnell Hill Fire were approved yesterday by a state commission.
Included in the information the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health compiled during its investigation were dozens of photos of the fire, taken before and after the deaths of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots. Some of the photos were actually taken by the fallen hotshots. Check out all of the photos included in the report, most of which haven’t been seen before by the public:
