Yesterday morning, Scottsdale police got a call from the Paiute Neighborhood Center saying a man was exposing himself to kids at a bus stop in the  6600 block of East Osborn Road.

When they got there, he was gone.

This morning, police figured they would watch the area, just in case the perp came back. According to police, he did.

Police watched as 38-year-old Jose Francisco Arias Fernandez whipped it out in front of a 13-year-old girl waiting for her bus.

Scottsdale police spokesman Dave Pubins says Fernandez was standing in an alley across from where the girl was waiting when he exposed himself. Fernandez was almost instantly arrested by the waiting officers.

When police arrested Fernandez, they also found a fake ID.

Fernandez was arrested on charges of public sexual indecency and identity theft.

Pubins says Fernandez is in the country illegally, so after he is done dealing with these charges, he has ICE to look forward to.
