If you haven’t heard about U of A’s Mars Mission by now you must be living on another planet. Just yesterday the Nasa Phoenix Spacecraft picked up its first scoop of martian soil.

Now you can watch the Mars Mission discoveries directly from your iPod, iPhone or whatever other playback device Apple will stuck an “i” in front of release five minutes after you buy the obsolete model.

iTunes U, a sub-section of the iTunes Music store offering educational videos and podcasts from universities and educational television stations, is hosting several videos from the Phoenix Mars Mission for free.
