Nobody did anything wrong in fighting the Yarnell Hill Fire, which killed 19 wildland firefighters in June, according to the team assigned to investigating the incident.
Thanks to videos shot by reporter John Dougherty, you can watch as firefighting officials explain how everything about the events surrounding the deaths of the 19 men was completely normal.
